I was still hanging around the school this morning when they started letting all the classes out to take a tour of all the other classrooms. According to Parker they saw almost a million other rooms.
This little cutie had school today too. A make up class from when they had spring camp.
It's still the best picking him up.
Landon's first day of school was May 1st last year. I debating waiting to do this side by side on Monday May 2nd, but we are going to Disneyland sunday and I figured I'd do it today, just in case for some reason he missed school Monday.
Tonight Landon is going to his first Dodger game. He hasn't napped in at least week just because of being busy with other things and we needed to make sure he napped today because tonight is firework night. This was his first nap in the new bed. He was told he needed to nap so that he could see the fireworks and he went right to sleep.
I even had to wake him up after almost 3 hours.
Since I needed him to nap and be up in time to be ready to do to the game I had a friend get Parker from school. They played on the grass for almost 3 hours! Daddy happened to be getting home and they were still out there. This was the only picture I got of their time and he's said about bugs I guess.
He's ready for his game! He was so excited. And even more excited to see all the matching shirts.
Parker was pretty bummed about not going to the game. But when Parker went to his first game it was just him and Landon deserves a little "one on one" time. Anyway, he was bummed and I tried to talk him into going out to dinner. OH. And guess what!! Parker's name at school was moved up into the white today! That's 3 moves up from green where they start out. I'm so bummed I wasn't there at pickup today to see it and get his picture by it... Back to my story, he didn't want to go out to dinner. Said he wanted food from home. So we stayed home. He colored.
He stuffed a blanket in his shirt watching a movie.
Then went back to drawing.
