This morning Parker had a rock hounding cub scout event.  It was over an hour away so we met the scouts first to caravan.  While we waited we kept busy.

Someone got a donut before the game.

We saw a lot of caterpillars out looking for rocks.  I guess this one liked our car.  Parker wanted to take a picture of it.

On our way home we stopped to see some of the poppies.  The pictures do not do it justice at all.

We are having friends over tonight for our annual glow egg hunt and we are also going to dye some eggs.  But first I wanted to have the boys dye a few so we could get some of our traditional pics.
