Schools out which means Parker is back to his mushroom shenanigans at the store. Everyone couldn't believe how much he's grown and how much older he looks.

Everyone had a turn dumping in and mixing.
We were both very excited about trying the dough.
Until one of us wasn't.
But then he saw me gnawing on a beater and he wanted that.

Back to cookies.
Yup I'm that mom. He still has to do work sheets. And dang it I keep forgetting to have him do extra reading. If the does 800 minutes this summer he gets to be part of a special assembly in the new year.
Time to try the cookies! (slightly overdone but still good)
