Sorry fans.  Today is mostly about mommy....  This morning I did a 10 mile hike in honor of a teammate that lost her battle with cancer last November.  She did this hike 2-4 times a week!  It's a beast of a climb, hence the name The Beast.  We had a charity run to help benefit another teammate currently battling stage 3 breast cancer.

At the top of the mountain we left rocks that had been signed by friends of Kim's at her memorial and new rocks signed today of inspiration for Jackie.

Plank challenge day 4 had to happen somewhere right?

From early in the hike.  We were climbing up to that "little tower" in my hand.

After that I raced home to shower and get to Parker's double header of football games.  He didn't really run the ball today but had a lot of good flag pulls.  We won both games.

We got home and the boys relaxed with some popcorn and scoobydoo.

We decided, per Parker's request, to go out to dinner.
