I saw in my timehop today that the boys did a picture on this day in 2014 with their cousin and I wanted to recreate it.
Parker requested this pic.
Time to hunt for eggs!
Landon wasn't much impressed with waiting for a picture to be taken.
He really wanted to go see what was in the eggs.
Time to open them up!

You might have noticed that Landon had a bandaid on his chin during the easter hunt pics. He took a slip earlier in the day and we have a neighbor that is an ER nurse come check him out. She said what my gut thought. He needed sutures. So off the the urgent care we went.

First they cleaned the wound.
Then we had to go back to another room to get the sutures.

Here's the wound.
Up until this point Landon had been very brave but very nervous. The doctor explained to him that he would get a few pokes to numb the area. She was going to give him one so that he new what to expect. That it would hurt at first and burn but it would be over quick. This was the hardest part to watch and for him to go through.
4 stitches.
He did really well and he's ok now and happy to be home.
