This morning the boys had fun watching the trash truck!
After that excitement we headed down to Disneyland. Parker knew we were going but Landon didn’t. Well he did, but didn’t understand. He quickly figured it out when we pulled into the parking structure. Our first ride was going to be Pirates but it had just broke down so we took the train ride around the entire park. Landon was excited to ride the choo choo but once we got on he was kinda freaked out.
Once we looped back around we headed back to Pirates and it was opened and the line was very short.
From there we went on the jungle cruise. For some reason they had the entire line completely opened. We walked forever zig zagging back and forth through the line. Eventually we caught up to everyone.
While we were on the train ride Landon saw Small World and really wanted to go ride the boats, so we headed over there next.
They both love seeing Donald Duck in there.
After that we headed over to the Carousel. Landon loves it so much! (Oh and daddy I keep forgetting to tell you “parker’s horse” is on the Wheel of Fortune right now and will be back).
Next up was the tea cup craziness! Here is a 100 pics for you to enjoy.
There was more for us to do at Disneyland but I wanted to head over to California Adventure. On our way out there was a band playing. Landon wanted to go dance. He tried to get Parker to go out with him but Parker said he was feeling shy.
Parker really wanted to see the Disney Jr show but it was 45 mins off from the time we arrived and there was plenty of other things to be doing. Much to his displeasure we went on Monsters Inc first.
It’s possible Landon enjoyed his cheetos.
Then we went on another ride. I can never remember the name of it. Flik’s?
After that we went on Mater’s ride. In line Landon managed to get his head suck in a gate. Shout out to the dad that helped me free him…
A very dark and blurry mermaid ride pic.
The parade was about to start so we found a spot.
Slinky dog was giving low fives to the kids. Landon got one too but I wasn’t able to capture it.
After that we stopped for dinner.
Then more rides.
Parker wanted to run around Redwood Creek. No more rope bridges for me!
There’s a bear cave there where you can find out your spirit animal. The last couple times we’ve gone Parker has been scared to go in. But he asked to go in this time. His first round he was a wolf and second round an eagle. Landon was a bear.
Lots of fun on the slides before we headed home.
